Cinnamon & Honey 1 tbsp HP Perfect Raw Honey, 1 tsp HP cinnamon, 1 cup water Boil 1 cup water. Pour over cinnamon and let it ‘brew’ for 15 minutes.
When cool add honey. Drink ½ cup in the morning, then ½ cup in the evening.
Drink on an empty stomach.
Use to flavour cookies, cakes, stewed fruits, puddings and breads – as well as sauces and dishes.
